Tell us what's going on. There's no test, no judgment — just a friendly conversation.

Shop the thrift store
Pick out clothing and household items. Whatever fits in your bag is yours, free of charge.
- Step 4
Receive food
Take home a generous selection of pantry staples and fresh produce.
Who can come?
Anyone in need from the Cookeville and Upper Cumberland area. We ask for a photo ID and basic household information at first visit to help us serve as many families as possible.

We're open 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Arriving a few minutes early helps everyone get seen.
